Syscom Advanced Materials follows national and international regulations and industry standards. Syscom is committed to safe handling of hazardous materials and customer satisfaction.
Environmental Policy
Continual improvement of our Environmental Management System (EMS) is achieved through the use of common sense, engineering, maintenance, manufacturing practices, personnel training and education, and interactive participation between all personnel in the plant by executing the following:
- Support for pollution prevention;
- Management practices and environmental procedures that conform to ISO 14001 to meet our objectives and periodically reviewed targets; and
- Compliance with all applicable legal and other requirements.
Syscom’s hazardous waste and hazardous material handling policies are informed by ISO-14001 and ensure our compliance with Ohio EPA regulations.
We also comply with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and other United States EPA regulations.
Furthermore, as an EU importer, Syscom complies with REACH and RoHS by safely managing hazardous materials and by avoiding restricted hazardous materials.

Our quality policies have been honed over our nearly 2-decade history in the aerospace manufacturing industry as we’ve continuously improved our processes.

To ensure the product delivered meets the customer requirements, requirements of the current version of AS9100, and Syscom’s internal requirements by providing the objective quality evidence of:
- Production by trained, competent technicians in accordance with approved instructions
- Quality control checks including final product representative samples
- Control of product realization; and
- Commitment to continual improvement
